If you are having 80+ guests and you would love a beach wedding and you don’t quite know where to start, perhaps have a look through this page. We offer full packages along the Durban coast, Western Cape, East London and a few others who will take care of the “bigger” beach weddings. If you need help with anything at all, please mail us.
The Travelling Bride features Beach Wedding Packages for bigger weddings – 80+ guests.
DURBAN - R38 900.00 for everything listed below and caters for 80 guests.
There is no venue hire for this dinner wedding, making this one of our most popular wedding packages. Relaxed atmosphere with CD music soflty in the background. NO dance floor and No dancing is provided for although many guests end up dancing to CD music. 10% surcharge is added on final food bill to cover additional waiters.

Buffet dinner for 100 guests, in the restaurant at beautifully done tables with white covered chairs. Decor done in the colour of your choice. Menu’s will be sent through to you so that you can choose.

If you are flying into the Eastern Cape, transfers can be arranged from the airport and back again.
Note that breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner wedding menu’s are available and weddings can take place on any day during the week and over a weekend.
Table decorated for a champagne toast after the ceremony on the beach or on a deck overlooking the ocean can be arranged. Snacks can be arranged for guests whilst the bridal couple have photographs done.
Wine or champagne can be arranged for the tables and there is a cash bar available
Tie backs can be arranged in the colour of your choice.
Accommodation for guests is available at the hotel and there is self catering nearby. Rates are affordable at R650 per couple per night including breakfast.
A DJ or even live music can be arranged for your wedding with music of your choice.
Note that a 10% surcharge is charged on final food bill to cover additional waiters for the day so no tips are expected.
